Thank you for your interest in participating in ROCKSTOCK. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you to go through the following event ticketing terms and conditions:
In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to ROCKSTOCK. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate ROCKSTOCK LLC, the organizers of ROCKSTOCK.
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to ROCKSTOCK, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the ROCKSTOCK premises.
Please note that ROCKSTOCK LLC reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on WWW.ROCKSTOCKTOUR.COM. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of ROCKSTOCK tickets.
The prices listed on the ETIX platform for a ROCKSTOCK Salt Lake City ticket are non-negotiable.
You must conduct yourself in an orderly fashion and refrain from conduct and language that would be offensive and/or disruptive to performers or other ROCKSTOCK participants. ROCKSTOCK LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to, or to eject, any person who fails to comply with these rules. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access Smith’s Ballpark on August 2nd, 2025, when ROCKSTOCK is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending ROCKSTOCK. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue and will not receive a refund.
The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the ROCKSTOCK tickets, once they receive it. ROCKSTOCK LLC has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
Note that E-TIX is the sole authorized source for purchasing ROCKSTOCK tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
The ROCKSTOCK tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either—including sweepstakes and competitions—without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
You’ll receive an email from the ticket platform, with a button to “View Tickets”. Click the button to view tickets in your phone’s browser (Safari/Chrome/etc.) This will show you an entry barcode for each ticket you’ve purchased with your order. Click/swipe left and right to see all your tickets. For each barcode/ticket, you can click the share button at the top right to send that ticket to a friend. You’ll have the choice to email your friend a link, or create an image that you can text. You’ll also have the option to add individual barcodes/tickets to your Apple Wallet. NOTE: In Salt Lake City, you cannot pick up tickets purchased online at the stadium ticket office.
All tickets ordered online will be confirmed in a confirmation page and/or in an email with a confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation email and number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, you must contact the ticket platform directly to confirm that your order has been (or has not been) placed. Rockstock LLC will not be able to see this info. Rockstock LLC assumes no responsibility for orders that do not receive a confirmation email or number.
The ticket office in Salt Lake City is ONLY for buying tickets in person or leaving tickets bought at that time for another person. This ticket office will only be open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on the day of the event. Tickets bought online cannot be left for others at the ticket office.
The ticket office in Boise will be open during regular business hours in the weeks and months leading up to the event.
Please note that ROCKSTOCKtickets cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or any other benefits.
ROCKSTOCK LLC has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the ROCKSTOCK ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of ROCKSTOCK LLC will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
Prohibited items are listed in the FAQ section. Attendees and their bags are subject to search upon entry.
The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as ROCKSTOCK starts at the time and location specific on your ticket. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS.
BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS, NOTE THE DATE AND SHOWTIME.
ROCKSTOCK EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE.
We will do everything possible not to, but ROCKSTOCK LLC has the right to reschedule the event. If ROCKSTOCK has to be rescheduled to another date, your ticket will be valid on the new date. A rescheduled event does not constitute the right to a refund.
ROCKSTOCK LLC will not exchange tickets.
ROCKSTOCK LLC will refund tickets if the event is cancelled by ROCKSTOCK LLC, with the exception of the circumstances listed below.
If ROCKSTOCK is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of ROCKSTOCK LLC—factors inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, pandemics, and the like—ROCKSTOCK LLC has the right to either (1) offer a full refund, (2) offer of a partial refund, (3) offer a comparable ‘make good’ option, or (4) not offer a refund. If a refund is offered, the refund will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot claim refunds on ticket platform fees, processing fees, and such other charges.
At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket.
By purchasing ROCKSTOCK tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to ROCKSTOCK LLC to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, gender, address, etc.) for verification and internal data analysis.
By purchasing ROCKSTOCK tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to ROCKSTOCK LLC to use photos or video of your likeness in our promotional materials.
You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.
ROCKSTOCK LLC does not take any responsibility for personal or financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost, stolen or misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
ROCKSTOCK and ROCKSTOCK LLC follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at ROCKSTOCK and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.
Please note that you purchase ROCKSTOCK tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.
ROCKSTOCK LLC is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party resellers and will not issue refunds for tickets purchased through third parties.
In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
ROCKSTOCK LLC will use reasonable care to assure your safety and security during ROCKSTOCK. However, ROCKSTOCK LLC cannot control all the risks that may be associated including risk of inclement weather, criminal activity, and inappropriate actions of other patrons. ROCKSTOCK LLC assumes no responsibility for risks that are beyond its control, including the actions of third parties. By participating in ROCKSTOCK, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the concert for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
