ROCKSTOCK will collect data when you interact with us. We’ll keep that data to encourage you to interact with us again. We will not sell or share your data to any other entity or for any other purpose.

We’ll collect names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers, to (1) send ticket information, (2) send important updates as needed about this year’s event, and (3) notify you in the future about ROCKSTOCK events. We’ll collect payment method to provide better service. And we’ll collect basic demographic information to better understand the characteristics of our audience and improve the ROCKSTOCK festival experience. Our ticketing partner (E-Tix) will collect payment information and other details needed for order processing and ticket delivery. E-Tix will not share payment information with ROCKSTOCK.

This helps us know in general where our customers—and potential customers—live and how they interact with the web, which helps us understand our audience and improve our website experience.

Third-Party Service Providers: Name and address data is used in conjunction with promotion of Rockstock events in subsequent years, but will not be used for mailings for any other products or services, or shared with other organizations that do so.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, customer information will be shared with a new owner of Rockstock assets.
