How will ROCKSTOCK work at a baseball stadium?
Our stage is placed in the back of centerfield, which allows for 3,000-4,000 lawn seats. Reserved seating will be in the existing stadium seating. The infield will be transformed into a festival of food, beverages and vendors.
Are there age restrictions?
It’s open to all ages, but attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. ID checks may be required for certain areas or alcohol purchases. Children 5 and under are free with a ticketed adult.
Is ROCKSTOCK ADA accessible?
Accessible parking, restrooms, and viewing areas are available. Contact us at for specific accommodations or to request assistance.
What is a Tribute Band?
Tribute bands strive to replicate the original band’s music, vocals, and stage presence, often including outfits and stage moves that are characteristic of the original act. Tribute bands offer a powerful way for fans to connect with their favorite music and artists, especially those who may have missed seeing the original band live or like to revel in nostalgia.
Are Tribute Bands considered professional musicians?
ROCKSTOCK has hand-picked the best Tribute Bands from not only the US but from Canada as well.
What other cities will have a ROCKSTOCK festival?
The current 2025/26 tour includes Salt Lake City, UT on August 2, 2025 and Boise, ID on September 13, 2025. Additional dates in Scottsdale, AZ, Los Angeles, CA , Las Vegas, NV and Sacramento, CA are to be announced. Check our website or our social media feeds for updates.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets must be purchased through the our ticketing platform. Please see the tour city for more details. You can also buy ticket at the stadium box office, but ONLY on event day.
Beware of third-party resellers, as tickets may not be valid. Tickets purchased from a reseller are at your own risk. If your tickets do not read at the gate, we cannot find information about them, reissue them, or honor them.
What are ticket prices and seating options?
Ticket prices are $67 for an all-day pass. Children 5 and under are free with a paid adult. Choose from outfield lawn seats (GA) or reserved stadium seating. No refunds, replacements or exchanges.
What is the difference between lawn seats and reserved seats?
Reserved seats are located in the permanent seating of the stadium. Lawn seats are in the outfield in front of stage.
Will tickets be available for purchase on event day?
If there is still availability, tickets can be purchased at Smith’s Ballpark ticket office on event day, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. However, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets through our website before arriving. Besides being more convenient to get tickets on your phone, this is the only way to guarantee tickets are still available.
Will I be able to leave tickets at Will Call for friends or family to pick up?
You can only leave tickets purchased at the ticket office for friends. You cannot leave tickets purchase online. Will Call will be available at the Smith’s Ballpark box office from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Do you offer any group discounts on tickets?
Yes. To purchase between 10 and 16 tickets, there is an option on the ticketing platform. Choose “Group” and select the quantity of tickets. For more than 16 tickets, contact us for more info.
Can my company rent a suite?
Yes, please fill out our contact us form for suite requests.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled. Check our ticket policy on the website for details.
What happens if it rains?
ROCKSTOCK will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given due for inclement weather. If there is dangerously high winds or lightning, ROCKSTOCK may be delayed, paused, shortened or cancelled.
Can I leave the ballpark and return?
Yes, you may leave and re-enter, but you’ll need to go through security checks each time. A wristband will be issued when you leave, and re-entry will not be permitted without it. VIPs will have a separate reentry method.
Can I be refused admission?
ROCKSTOCK reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Attendees can be ejected from the event without a refund for conduct and language that would be offensive to performers or other attendees.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Digital tickets on your phone are easy to use, and preferred for faster entry. Ensure your phone is charged and the ticket barcode is visible.
You’ll receive an email from ETIX, with a button to “View Tickets”. Click the button to view tickets in your phone’s browser (Safari/Chrome/etc.) This will show you an entry barcode for each ticket you’ve purchased with your order. Click/swipe left and right to see all of your tickets. For each barcode/ticket, you can click the share button at the top right to send that ticket to a friend. You’ll have the choice to email your friend a link to that ticket, or create an image you can text. You’ll also have the option to add individual barcodes/tickets to your Apple Wallet.

NOTE: You cannot pick up tickets purchased online at the ticket office at Smith’s Ballpark, and tickets bought online cannot be left for others there.

What happens if it rains?
ROCKSTOCK will go on, rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we will follow local authority guidance and communicate updates via our website and social media. Concerts may be delayed, paused, shortened or cancelled due to dangerous lightning or high winds. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Please be prepared for sun, heat, wind, or rain. Bring a sun hat. Check your weather app, as it may get breezy or chilly after sunset.
Are there medical services on-site?
Yes, a first aid station will be centrally located at the venue. Look for signage or ask staff for assistance.
Can I bring a professional camera to record performances?
Professional cameras and recording devices are prohibited without prior media accreditation. Contact us for press inquiries.
Will there be merchandise available?
Yes, merchandise for both ROCKSTOCK and the specific bands will be available.
Will there be security checks?
Yes, for everyone’s safety, all attendees and bags will be subject to security searches upon entry and re-entry.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Only service animals with proper documentation and an appropriate service vest are permitted. Animals must have a current rabies vaccination tag.
Is there a designated smoking area?
ROCKSTOCK is a non-smoking event, but a designated smoking area will be available. Illegal substances are prohibited.
